COLLEGE OF THE ATLANTIC SUMMER INSTITUTE

BAR HARBOR—The 2025 College of the Atlantic Summer Institute: Path Breaking will celebrate exceptional individuals whose work and beliefs have changed how we see the world. Brilliant, brave, defiant, the subjects of our sessions exemplify the power of commitment and the need to seek new solutions. Many of the figures we will hear from or about experienced great personal risk to their careers—some to their lives. They persisted. Their example serves as a reason to hope, a road map for change, a resetting of our moral compass.

All sessions have an in-person and livestream option and registration is required for both.

In-person registrants will take part in sessions on the North Lawn at College of the Atlantic. Only select in-person sessions if you plan to attend them under the tent at College of the Atlantic.

Virtual registrants will receive log in instructions for the virtual platform via email prior to each session

Sessions will be recorded and posted on our YouTube channel no later than a week after the event. To register.
